Ascent once again a Microsoft Data Management Solutions Partner of the Year finalist

For the third year in a row, Ascent Technology has been nominated amongst the finalists for the Data Management Solutions Competency Award in the Microsoft Partner of the Year awards. The company is one of just three finalists contesting the award, the winner of which will be announced at Microsoft’s Partner Summit 2010, taking place at Sun City in early September.
“It is always an honour to be one of the nominees for this prestigious prize, and as in the past, we eagerly await the awards banquet. Being in the running for the award yet again is fantastic, as it indicates that amongst the hugely diverse group of Microsoft partners found in South Africa, we are consistently considered to be one of the best in our field,” says Ascent MD, Johan Lamberts.
An annual event, Microsoft’s Partner Summit provides wonderful opportunities for collaboration and networking between the various Microsoft partners. It is also the perfect showcase for Microsoft to demonstrate the manner in which it works with its partners, in order to deliver both business innovation and operational efficiency.
